Recipes from our almond milk workshop
We are happy that everything worked out well on workshop-day! We had a great evening and learned a lot. So, in case you want to check them out again, here are the recipes we used.
Let’s make almond milk
Almond milk is an excellent alternative to cow’s milk and very easy to make yourself.
Our veggie patches
We made it. There are now two vegetable patches standing behind the brick building next to the little beer garden.
Bokashi
Everyone likes to do something good for the environment or live more consciously. This can be done by supporting regional traders, buying seasonal food, or gathering and separating garbage. Or you could build your own odorless compost for the kitchen. Read here how easy that is.
Reishi tea
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) are coveted mushrooms in traditional Eastern medicine. In nature, the fungus is very rare, so rare that its consumption in historic China was reserved alone to the Chinese imperial family.
Build a raised bed with us!
We want vegetables! And we want it right in front of the door. We are going to build a raised bed behind the brick building of the University of Munich. If you like to get your h ands on and learn something (or watch others while working) you are invited to join us.
