Homemade almond milk is great because it tastes outstanding. It is very healthy and contrary to milk in the supermarket contains no additives such as stabilizers or preservatives.
You can drink it pure, use it for your muesli, in smoothies or for baking!

In the end everyone can take home a glass of milk. With the remaining almond flour we will bake a vegan version of the classic Tarta de Santiago, a Spanish almond cake.
