Snack with self-harvested vegetables

In order to celebrate our first own harvest, we prepared a small snack on Thursday.
There was already a lot of vegetables, which wanted to get out of the bed: our harvest consisted of 3 radishes and a huge head salad (a few pictures of it you also on Instagram). We cooked a delicious radish potato and carrot soup and there was a Korean apple and radish salad with roasted sesame, a green salad and a homemade bread with herbs and bread-dumplings.

The fact that Stefan from Querfeld and the dean of our design faculty, Prof. Peter Naumann, were part of our spontaneous round was particularly welcome.
